Sequence of Events for Medalists
After completion of each race, Gold, Silver and Bronze medalists will do a victory sail by Sugar Beach Spectator area and round a designated mark.
Coaches tow medalists back to the RCYC island venue.
Medalists go through mixed zone and antidoping. Team Leader or coach will accompany athlete through antidoping.
There may be an equipment inspection.
Medalists change into official uniforms.
Medalists and team leader or coach go across the harbour to Sugar Beach for Medal Ceremony.
Medalists arrive at Sugar Beach and go to the Medal Ceremonies tent for briefing.
Medalists may go through antidoping if it was not done on the island.
Medal Ceremony takes place. Medalists go through second mix zone.
Medalists return to the island venue.
